The TP994 is a Cryogenic plate especially suited for extensive fixturing. The basic work surface is 11" (28 cm) x 11" (28 cm) (see TP781) with 1½" (3.8 cm) extensions on each side to allow deep holes for fixturing. The extension area is also useful as an extended test surface. However, as there is no active heating or cooling in the extension area (all heat transfer is by conduction from the main work area) the extension area is subject to higher gradients and some thermal latency.

Standard with a Model C controller, Model C4 programmable controller is optional
