TP929M Thermal Platform (Hot/Cold Plates)
 

The TP929M & MMs are mechanically cooled thermal platforms which is ideal for long testing periods where rapid ramp rates are not required or where the use of cryogenic coolant is inappropriate.  The "remote" cooling unit is ideal for clean room or where the quietest working environment is desired.

Model C4 programmable controller is standard
