TP1164 Thermal Platform (Hot/Cold Plate)
 

The TP1164 is a dual plate design that is very useful in testing traveling wave tubes. This unit can dissipate 2000 watts of energy at the collector end while an adjacent, separately controlled section avoids sub-cooling the remainder of the tube. The TP1164 can obtain a temperature differential of almost 300°C and is ideal for thermally simulating ground to space transmission conditions.   The utmost attention has been paid to minimizing the bench top space required by the TP1164 while providing quiet and durable operation.

Standard with a Model C controller, Model C4 programmable controller is optional
