TP1085M Thermal Platform (Hot/Cold Plate)
 

The TP1085M is a mechanical refrigeration cooled Thermal Platform (Hot/Cold Plate) which is ideal for long testing periods where rapid ramp rates are not required or where the use of cryogenic coolant is inappropriate.  The "remote" cooling unit is ideal for clean room or where the quietest working environment is desired.

Model C4 programmable controller is standard
