Tool Ovens Temperature Test and Conditioning Chambers

Tool Ovens are actually long temperature chambers. Sigma Tool Ovens are precisely temperature controllable convection ovens in which long items or long assemblies can be placed for heating and/or cooling. Large items can be "loaded" into the chamber using forklifts (front load tool ovens) or cranes (top load tool ovens), or on trolley (end loaded tool ovens).

Tool ovens can be up to 12 feet long, and can be joined end to end to form much longer test chambers 18', 24', 30', 36'... Tool Ovens can be customized to match your size requirements.

The standard temperature range is –80°C to +165°C, and can be extended to +250°C. Cryogenic (L–N2 or L–CO2) or mechanically refrigerated cooling is available.

As with all Sigma chambers, only the highest quality dense glass insulation is used resulting in tremendously high "R" values, and very thin walls that make even large ovens smaller and more efficient.
