 Covers for Hot Cold Platforms (plates)
Platform covers provide worker protection as well as protection for your device under test. Covers also help provide a more homogenous test environment by reducing the influences of the ambient temperature.  If used with a Nitrogen gas purge covers will also help reduce condensation and frost on the DUT and plate surface. Custom configurations available to your specification. Maximum temperature for clear covers is 130°C, but because the cover does not rest on the platform working surface, it can be used for higher temperatures for short duration tests. 

 

Clear Covers

Low ESD Covers
