Shelf Insulators for Chambers

These shelf insulators provide a non-conductive work surface for your chamber. They will withstand temperatures from -65°C to +120°C. They rest on top of the standard stainless steel shelves and have holes to allow conditioned air to flow around your DUT's. They are available for all chambers smaller than the M256.
